The idea to raise free-range, certified humane®, certified Berkshire hogs evolved early in 2011. As third generation farmers we felt it was important to bring traditional methods of raising hogs back to our small community.
Being a certified humane ® producer means that our hogs are raised in a manner that not only enhances their lives, but also allows us to take great pride in the products we are producing.
To raise both free-range and certified humane ® hogs in order to provide our customers with high quality products while maintaining high standards in animal production.
Our farm has been featured in the 2014 Distinction Magazine's Food Issue.
